Who do I contact about questions on an order I already placed?

This site is run and maintained by VisionIt Media, so please contact us directly about an order. You can email us at visionit@visionitmedia.com, and please either forward your email order confirmation or include the Website and Order Number in your inquiry

How quickly do I get my order?

Everything is made to order, and to get supplies/fulfill the order it takes about 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is placed, and a second email once the order is completed (if you chose shipping this means your order is on it’s way, if you chose pick up then the order can be grabbed from our facility)

I chose order pick up, where do I go?

We are located at 3955 E Via Del Rancho Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85298 in the big red barn. We are open for pick ups on weekdays (Monday through Friday) 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. You do not need to call ahead for normal business hours unless you think you might be cutting it close to the end of the day. Our pick up hours might be affect by holidays, and it’s best to check in on that occasion.

 

Some programs have a designated booster set to pick up orders, check with your program to see if that was an option.

My order requires some customization, how do I do that?

Some items may have custom options (names, numbers, etc), when ordering make sure you opt for the customization and add to cart. Upon check out, add the customized text to the order notes section and then proceed. If you missed that step, please reach out to us directly via email with your order information and the customization you require.

 

We do reach out if an order gets customization and there is none included on the order notes. We will hold on to the order until we hear back.

I actually need part of my order sooner than I thought, what do I do?

If you need a portion of your order quicker than the rest, please reach out to let us know. We can allow for a partial pickup of the order as supplies allow.
